A 60 min. masterclass with Julie Starr, author of The Mentoring Manual, Brilliant Coaching and The Coaching Manual. An opportunity to develop your understanding of what mentoring is, and what it isn’t. Using archetypal examples, Julie will help you to tap into your own innate ability to mentor others. The session will include::

  • The difference between mentoring and coaching (or anything else really!)
  • To common attributes of an effective mentor, e.g. 'how do you know you are an effective mentor?'
  • Q&A your chance to ask questions and get clear
